Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Metimegifts.co.uk . By using and/or ordering products from this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as described here. From this point onwards, the terms "we", "us", "our" or "ourselves" refer to Metimegifts.

Pricing Policy


In the event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.  Unless specified to the contrary prices are listed by the Seller without obligation and are subject to alteration.  The Seller may give notice to the Buyer prior to delivery, of any increase in price provided that the Buyer may cancel this contract within 3 days of any such notice by the Seller.
 
All payments are transacted in £GBP.  Prices given in Euros and US Dollars are meant as a guide only.

* Packed weight = the gross weight of products and all packaging materials.
Orders over £35.00 are delivered free.


Please note: delivery times apply to all orders placed before 2pm. For orders placed after 2pm, the following day will be considered the first working day.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment, with all goods despatched to you by standard parcel post subject to stock availability.

Where the goods are in stock you should expect to receive your order within 1 to 5 days from order placement and payment. 

You will be notified of any items not expected to reach you within 14 days.  You will be advised of an expected date of delivery and have the opportunity of leaving the item on back order, selecting another product or cancelling the item.  We cannot accept liability for late receipt of goods due to delays from manufacturers or shipping companies, with all expected delivery dates given as a guide only.  We reserve the right to cancel any back orders or to substiture products of a similar type.

Goods are shipped by Royal Mail or Contract Carrier as appropriate.  Your goods may be delivered by separate instalments.  If there is no one at the address given to accept delivery of the goods, the carrier will place a card through your letterbox to inform you that they were unable to deliver your order.  The carrier will endeavour to deliver your order on the next working day.

You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you. 



Product Information

Weights and measures are approximate due to the composition of the products.

We endeavor to show colours accurately on this website. However, due to computers displaying colours differently, the colours that you may see might be different from the true colours of the products. From time to time mistakes will be made, if you become aware of any of these please do not hesitate to contact us at the e- mail address customersupport@metimegifts.co.uk

Payments

We accept payment by cheques and PayPal.  All payments are due before despatch is made with on-line payments transacted on order placement. 

Returns & Exchanges

All items for refund should be returned to reach us within 7 days of their receipt by the customer.  Only faulty items can be considered for exchange outside this period.

Items can only be accepted for exchange or refund if they are returned in their original saleable condition with all their tags & labels attached and in their original packaging.

All returns must be sent postage paid.  We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid parcels.  Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.  Standard second class postage will be refunded in these circumstances only.  There is no administration fee charged for returned products.  

Items accepted for a refund will be subject to the outgoing postage & packaging charge, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 28 days.

All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
